PSYCHOMOTRICITY<\/h2>\n

The PSYCHOMOTRICITY project focuses on the knowledge of the parts of the body; on the knowledge of the space that surrounds us (visual, auditory and tactile gnosis), and promotes the improvement of motor skills and coordination. A great innovation has been introduced: the PARASHOT IN MOVEMENT, in which the lesson, based on motor skills, focuses on the theme of the parashah of the current week (e.g. the Maccot, a relay race between grasshoppers and frogs – fiery hail represented by red poles and upside-down umbrellas – colored cloths that change color to symbolize the transformation of water into blood). Furthermore, during the period of Jewish holidays, motor activities are carried out that are purely thematic to the event in question (e.g. Tu Bishvat, a sensory path with leaves, flowers and natural elements).<\/p>\n\n\n

MODERN DANCE<\/h2>\n

Modern dance teaching is aimed at children in grades 3\/4\/5 of primary school. It is a fusion of music and movement, in a succession of chiaroscuro, strong accents and fluid movements, which make dancing exciting and engaging. Dance is a complete discipline that, like other sports, helps develop agility, elasticity and muscular resistance, improving, at the same time, concentration, attention and learning skills. Modern dance exercises also help prevent excess weight, postural defects and various cardiovascular diseases. Thanks to dance, children learn to collaborate with others while having fun but also to self-regulate in function of a common goal and to rejoice for the efforts made and the results achieved by staging a show at the end of the school year. The dance course uses exclusively Jewish music.<\/p>\n\n\n

PHYSICAL EDUCATION<\/h2>\n

Sports activities for high school girls include: individual sports such as athletics, pilates, yoga, team sports and pre-sports activities: basketball, volleyball, five-a-side football, handball, softball and rugby, multi-purpose movement games, organization of refereeing activities for individual and team sports, information on movement theory related to the activities practiced.
\nTournaments, exhibitions and educational trips related to the physical activity carried out are also planned.<\/p>\n\n\n
