[vc_row color_set=”white_section” full_width=”0″ full_height=”0″ particles=”0″][vc_column][vc_column_text]The First Grade Secondary School is the natural continuation of the first cycle of education, divided into two consecutive school paths, the five-year primary school and the three-year secondary school. From the end of the 1950s to today, the educational path of Merkos in Milan has undergone its own internal evolution which, starting from the pioneering phase of the beginning, has allowed it to reach over the years a level that allows our students to continue their study path with solid foundations, declining it in any secondary school path they choose.<\/p>\n

Since the recognition of school parity, the educational offer of the first grade secondary school is in line with the legal-regulatory and pedagogical-cultural structure of the Italian school, offering our girls and boys a highly qualified education and training path that takes into account the curriculum and study subjects provided by the Ministry of Education and national guidelines.<\/p>\n

Among the various objectives, our school has that of offering all families, eager to deepen their knowledge and experience of the culture and observance of the Jewish religion, the opportunity to welcome their daughters and sons in an environment where the care of Jewish identity is combined with the status of Italian and European citizenship.<\/p>\n

To ensure a high quality of learning and well-being of our students, the Lower Secondary School has 3 floors (ground floor, first floor and second floor), for a total of 6 classrooms, equipped with ICT (IWB, laptop PC, tablet), multimedia laboratory (for the study of various disciplines applied to new technologies), gym, kosher canteen, outdoor garden with soccer field, games and educational garden.<\/p>\n
